This memorial website was created to remember our dearest Louis Rotter who was born in United States on September 11, 1933 and went to be with the Lord on April 6, 2012. You will live forever in our memories and hearts.

Married 7/19/58 to April Joanne Congdon. U.S. Army from 1953 to 1955. A machinist by trade he retired from ESCO after 40 years. Survived by his 7 brothers and sister, wife April, children Carrie, Teresa, Colleen, Dora, WaNeida and Mark; 17 grands and 11 great grands.

Service 4/16/2012 St. Agatha's Catholic Church Sellwood, Oregon; Rosary at 10:30am and Mass at 11:00am. Burial service immediately after at Willamette National Cemetery.

Celebration of Life gathering will follow burial.
